Thank you for shopping with Create A Print! Every order is custom-produced just for you, so please read the information below carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Production Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch. Production time is in addition to the shipping transit times listed below. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next business day.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Your total delivery time = production time (1–3 business days) + transit time for your region as shown above. For example, an order shipping within Ireland would typically arrive within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase, while an order to the US may take 11–18 business days in total.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available for your delivery region, this email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. Not all international destinations receive full end-to-end tracking; in some cases only dispatch confirmation is available.
Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as all items are custom-made and we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Exceptions & Delays
Estimated transit times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high seasonal demand, customs processing (for international shipments), adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of any significant disruption affecting your order.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipping outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and (where applicable) photographs of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
